How Sustainable Development Affects Your Property Rights

"Sustainable Development", "Open Spaces", "Smart Growth". These are the code words that are being used by the Communitarians to threaten your property rights and our American way of life. They use all requisite the buzz words like "sprawl" & "blight" & claim to be for clean air & water, to try & justify their actions to solve a non-existent crisis. Their plan calls for widespread use of eminent domain, transfer of development rights & other tactics to create high density living along the LIRR corridors, communal living & phasing out the single family houses.
