If any of you can be in Nassau County this afternoon (Friday), we're joining with the Merrick Community to welcome home a neighborhood hero, Cpl. Kevin Vaughan, who lost his leg in a roadside bombing incident in Afghanistan last fall. We must support our retuening heros who sacrifice so much for our freedoms.
