So who won Tuesday's Debate at Hofstra of Romney vs. Candy & Eye Candy? Unlike the first complete rout, this time it depends who you ask. The Tokyo Rose Media had already declared The One the winner before a word was spoken - they just waited until the debate ended to hit send. Predictably, the Left said it was No Contest, Obama Won The Debate simply because he actually showed up this time, Krauthammer pointed out the president's Great Gaffe on Libya, Karl Rove said Obama was losing the argument, & the Insta-polls gave the Prez a small edge.

For my money, all Romney had to do was continue destroying the ridiculous "Evil Richie Rich" caricature the Chicago Thugs have constructed & appear at least on par with the President to keep the momentum in his favor, which he did. All the HuffPo looneys had was the "Binders Full Of Women": The Dumbest Campaign Controversy Since Big Bird.

All in all, the clear winner was Us. Hundreds of us Tea Partiers showed up with our banners, (many of you may recognize the guy in this picture), decrying 0bummer's destructive policies, watching the Code Pink Commies' heads explode as we serenaded them with God Bless America, and then enjoyed a rollicking debate viewing party sponsored by Americans For Prosperity, down the block at the Marriot.

Last night's Al Smith Dinner, was another story. It was pretty obvious to me that Romney's cutting remarks left Obama's lame jokes in the dust. See what you think.

Before I get to the cartoons, I want to make a serious plea. If you feel as I do that our country is in deep trouble if - God Forbid - the usurper is re-elected, now is the time to STOP COMPLAINING & DO SOMETHING. The aforementioned Americans For Prosperity have made it INCREDIBLY EASY FOR YOU TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, no matter where you live.

This election will be decided in Ohio, Virginia, Florida & a handful of other swing states. AFP has the technology for you to "adopt a state" and make calls (on their dime), into these battlegrounds areas & help influence the outcome. For those who have never done anything like this before, trust me, it's easy. They provide simple and easy scripts to follow and in short order, your natural passion for the issues takes over as you talk to people. AFP is also organizing bus trips from all over the country to make it easy for you go down & engage people in these crucial states. Many of us from Long Island are headed down to VA & PA in the next couple of weekends. Come join us. Check their website, http://americansforprosperity.org/, for trips from your area.
