Tuesday was a dark day for what's left of our once great Republic. Apparently, the takers now outnumber the makers & it's full speed ahead to European Socialist Bankruptcy. As Steve Flanagan of CSA writes, America Is Burning with no one left to douse the fires. Free Stuff has defeated Free Enterprise and ours will now go down as the first generation to leave the country worse off for our kids than what we inherited from our parents. They had a name for our generation back in the '70's - it was called the "Me Generation" and nothing could have been more prophetic or pathetic.

I could link to 1000 different articles whose authors KNOW why Romney lost but the real answer is simple - as Chris Cristie said, "Obama got more votes." Millions of registered GOPers who voted for McCain, stayed home, and I think the fault lies within us.

If this truly was the most important election in our lives, the one that would decide if Obamacare would be repealed or irrevocably wrap it's tentacles around the the throats of our country, the one that would determine if we'd continue fundamentally changing our society into something unrecognizable - if we really felt it was that urgent & we couldn't be bothered to vote & get involved getting out the vote & convincing everyone we know here & across the nation just how important this was, then shame on us.

Take a look at the guy or gal in the mirror and ask a couple of simple questions - "Did I do all that I could have done to prevent this looming catastrophy?" "Did I do anything beyond sending a few emails?" If the answers are no, if you were too involved in the day to day to think about your kids & our country's future, if you left it up to the other guy to get involved then IT"S YOUR FAULT! You have no one to blame but yourself.
