Before discussing this week's misery courtesy of President Selfie & his merry band of Marxists, I want to wish all my friends that celebrate it a joyous Christmas, to the rest I wish the same blessings & spirit that the holiday engenders, and to all, a happy & prosperous New Year. 

So much for be of good cheer - as 2013 comes to a close, the country & the world are falling fast. Dear Leader usurps more & more power on a daily basis - changing or suspending Federal laws at will - without a word from Crybaby Boehner. Our healthcare system is in chaos with millions of people losing their coverage & soon access to their doctors & hospitals. The Senate passed a tax & spend budget deal that increased the debt & ignored over $30B in pure waste in lieu of cutting pensions promised to disabled veterans.The regime's "great diplomatic coup" in Iran  has totally collapsed, leaving military action by Israel perhaps the only remaining option to prevent a nuclear holocaust. And Communist China has effectively taken over the South China Sea. "Besides that, Mrs. Lincoln, How'd you like the play?"

So what are we gonna do - curl up in a fetal position or fight for our children's future? I choose the latter. Check out this article by Dr. Karen Siegemund called, Why We Must Fight Back. This week marked the 240th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. On December 16, 1773 colonists protesting taxes dumped English tea into Boston Harbor - an action that helped ignite the fight for liberty. Americans today who proudly consider themselves part of the Tea Party Movement are part of that history of fighting against tyranny. But instead of tea, we plan on dumping the tyrannical parasites in Washington into the harbor.
