Before getting to this week's insanity, how about a little Holiday spirit? Check out The Light of Chanukah to see how the 2600 year-old miracle of light still gives us hope in today's troubled times. Here's an Awesome Holiday Flashback from the USAF Band celebrating the service and sacrifices of our WWII vets, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of the war. Finally, here's my favorite Christmas Light Show to music by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Heads exploded all over the Enemedia this week over The Donald's latest, non-PC, non-specific statement about banning Muslims from entering the U.S. in the wake of the San Bernardino massacre. Here's how I see it. Two immigrant Islamic terrorists pull off the deadliest attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 just as The Regime is fighting to import tens of thousands of "robustly screened" Muslim refugees from Syria. So Obama hits the podium to reassure us that he has things under control, this has nothing to do with Islam, and of course, blame the guns - even though they couldn't name one mass shooting that would have been stopped by new gun laws. Dhimmi Woman, Attorney General Loretta Holderette then came out and made it very clear they were more interested in protecting the feelings of Muslims than the lives of Americans.
But the vast majority of Americans weren't buying it. Sens. Cruz & Paul called for a shut down of immigration from Islamic State nations. Along comes Trump who says the unthinkable - we have to stop all immigration of Muslim foreigners into the U.S. until we can determine which ones are coming to kill us - and the LibMedia goes crazy and assures us that This Is What ISIS Wants. President Phone & Pen's spokes-idiot Josh Earnest, in a laughable pot-meet-kettle-moment, said Trump's statement disqualifies him from being POTUS because it somehow violates the Constitution. I'm no fan of The Donald and his rhetoric, but he has a way of pushing us into important debates and he's got the biggest cajones around - except perhaps Col. Ralph Peters, who was suspended by Fox for calling Barry a total pu$$y on live TV.
