   New Years Day has always been a time of reflection on the year just concluded and resolving to try and do things better in our lives going forward. 2015 was many things. It was the year of the victim. It was a year of tremendous Media stupidity and absurd political correctness on our college campuses. It was a period of unprecedented Christian persecution throughout the world and, as Pamela Geller - WND's Woman of the Year - documents, the Jihadi threat to the homeland has never been greater. It was a year where the establishment GOP - who we elected to halt Obama's destruction - instead raised the white flag of surrender and betrayed its base at every turn. Yet, as the new year dawns, I can't help feeling optimistic.
   2016 will be
the Mooch & President Faily McWorsethancarter's last year in office. And while he vowed to spend the next 12 months "squeezing every ounce of change" out of America he can, he also plans to squeeze out every ounce of taxpayer-paid travel, taking AF1, his entourage & his massive carbon footprint around the globe touting his great accomplishments at home and abroad and combatting the dreaded Climate Change. The more he's away, the less damage he can do so let's add a few KC-135 aerial-refueling planes to his fleet in the hopes he never comes back to D.C.
   Despite all the doom & gloom, there is much to feel good about.
Prosperity is rising around the globe. Scientific breakthroughs are improving our lives and future prospects at breakneck speed. The popularity of Trump & Cruz and the lack thereof of Jeb! and America's deep distrust of Charlotte's addled Granny gives hope that 2016 could well be the year when we defeat the entrenched elites & turn from away from the Progressive nightmare towards an American agenda. To put things in perspective, here's a great article describing how bleak things looked on December 31, 1912. Our challenges at times may seem insurmountable and defeats many, yet there are sure to be many great things ahead if we're willing to work for them. Happy New Year!
