   Is there anything LibFacists can't ruin? Remember the good old days before EVERYTHING became political? There was a time, you young people out there, when Sunday was just Football Day. America had worked all week, drank a little too much on Friday night, did the chores and mowed the lawn on Saturday, and was all set for a peaceful Sunday watching big men smash into each other. Football Sunday brought the entire family together, as well as friends near and far to cheer on their team. Which is precisely why it had to be destroyed. 
   The Left has hated the NFL for a long time. To them, football is a sport that encourages 'toxic masculinity,' which goes against the grain of political correctness. Football had to be controlled. After all, strong men were showing too much assertiveness and aggression. Suddenly concussions became a worry. Rules "pussifying" the game proliferated. Players began wearing pink. When Castro-loving, 3rd rate QB Colin Kaepernick began kneeling, the NFL should have immediately nipped his disrespect of the flag in the bud. Instead, they allowed it to spread. More players began sitting and kneeling while complaining vaguely about 'inequality.' When Trump spoke out against it this week, many more players began kneeling just because they don't like our president. They finally jumped the shark when hundreds of players started kneeling during the National Anthem and entire teams cowered in the locker room. Witness is the Suicide of the NFL
    I became a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan back when Navy vet Roger Staubach led "America's Team." My family knew NEVER to make plans when the 'Boys were on. Thanksgiving dinner was served at halftime. It was the one professional sport I still loved, but no more. Too many have died to protect these morons' right to protest. To Hell with these ungrateful, overpaid, simpleminded NFL thugs. They'll never see another dime from me. I've cancelled my NFL Sunday Ticket after 20 years and will no longer attend games. And I'm not alone. Ex-fans all over the country are burning Jerseys. A total boycott is planned for Veterans Day.  Here's a list of contacts for all the major NFL sponsors to call.  Pretty soon NFL will stand for No Fans Left. In the words of another Cowboy legend, Dandy Don Meredith, Turn out the lights, the party's over.
   In a grand repudiation of chinless Mitch McConnell & the GOP establishment, Roy (Excuse me while I whip this out) Moore handily defeated the Elderly Mutant Establishment Turtle's crony, Luther Strange, in the GOP runoff to fill Jeff Sessions' old Senate Seat. McConnell pulled out all the stops and the Republican establishment opened their wallets to outspend Judge Moore 20-1. But the base went with Moore, who is super-colorful in a potentially Todd Akin kind of way, because he constitutes a giant middle finger to the crowd that failed to summon up the cajones to repeal Obamacare, yet found endless investigations of RUSSIA! TREASON! OK and amnesty for middle-aged Dreamers muy simpatico. Sure, there's always the risk of electing a freak show. Perhaps the GOP Establishment thinks we're crazy for taking that kind of chance. Maybe we are. But we're doing it anyway. And you know, it's always a bad idea to mess with crazy people. We have nothing to lose.
   Now that the POS from AZ has torpedoed yet another GOP attempt to dismantle Obamacare, one has to wonder - Is getting stabbed in the back covered by your insurance, Arizona? I'm guessing no. More than likely getting stabbed in the back by John McCain is one thing you'll have to pay out of pocket - unlike his cancer treatment which, of course, is fully covered. It's not the first time this human waste has put his personal grudge with Trump over the promises he made to his constituents and, depending on how long it is before he is on the other side of the grass, I'm sure it won't be the last.

   This just might be the funniest thing you see all week - check out Peyton Manning enjoying life in his new retirement home.
   Finally, I'd like to wish all my friends observing Yom Kippur an easy fast. May you be inscribed in the Book of Life for a sweet and wonderful year to come.
